Honey
What can we say about nature's own sweetener? The bees do most of the work, the flowers give the honey its flavour, and all we have to do is filter and strain out the comb, bottle it up, and put it away.
A few years back, we tried mixing other flavours with our clover Honey and the two that are most asked-for are here. Cinnamon Honey and Raspberry Honey, two combinations Nature missed.
At times during the season, we will be offering raw honey. This is only available for a short time, and is usually sold out fast.
